The Team

George S. Repchick CEO/President

Until March 2019, Mr. Repchick was CEO/President of Saber Healthcare Group, which was created in 2001 with his business partner, William Weisberg. Together they grew from 2 facilities to 117 Assisted and Skilled Skilled Nursing facilities throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania,Delaware, VIrginia, North Carolina, Indiana, Florida. Saber Healthcare grew to just under 1 billion dollars in revenue per year. 

Additionally, over these years, a number of ancillary companies were owned and operated by the partnership, including 4 institutional Pharmacies, multi-state Home Health and Hospice programs. Mr. Repchick was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Scranton. Most notably, among other volunteer work, Mr. Repchick served as president of the Alumni Association for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford where he was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award from the President of the University.

Lynn Anderson Controller

Since 1993, Lynn Anderson has been creating a positive difference in the Healthcare industry. Her 23 years of experience has ranged from Accounting to Regional Director.  After graduating from Michigan State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Lynn joined Ernst and Whinney before moving to Sarasota, Florida to accept a position with  Touche Ross & Company. Ms. Anderson was awarded a Masters Degree from Nova University in 1987  and began her successful career turning poorly managed buildings into fiscally secure investments. Her experience and expertise in business and accounting make her essential part of the Isle Healthcare team.

Marla Valderrama Executive Assistant

With an eye for detail and organization, combined with her exceptional customer service skills, Marla's career has been a rewarding experience for her and the companies she has worked with. Ms. Valderrama  was a Senior Customer Service Agent with Delta Airlines for 7 years. This his position included the office management and Staff training and education. Most recently enjoying 12 years with Florida West Coast Physical Therapy, Inc., before joining the Isle Healthcare team. Marla was responsible for all daily operations within her office, including HR, payroll, accounting, purchasing and billing, as well as as ensuring regulatory compliance in preparation for annual inspections.
